• What does the Third Eye Open Bar include?

  • The Third Eye Open Bar includes all drinks ordered from our full menu during the reserved time frame.

• How many drinks can you serve per hour?

  • We can serve up to 90 handcrafted drinks an hour.

• Are there any taxes or fees outside of the open bar rate?

  • Applicable state and county sales tax will be added to the invoice. Events operating outside of the Lake Norman area (NC) may be subject to a travel fee. Special menu or service requests may require an additional fee. The final invoice total will be agreed upon by both parties before date of service.

• Is a deposit required for an open bar reservation?

  • Yes, a 20% deposit (plus tax) of the invoice total is required to complete the reservation. The deposit is refundable up until two weeks prior to the event due to cancellation.

• How much space does your trailer take up?

  • The trailer itself is 12’ by 7’ and takes up the same footprint as a parking space. In order to have optimal serving space, we recommend at least 2 parking spots worth of space. Our generator operates up to 40 ft away from the bed of the truck.

• Do we need to provide electricity for the Third Eye Coffee trailer?

  • Providing an electrical source for us to operate is completely optional. We typically run our operation using an ultra quiet generator. If you would like to provide electricity, we can utilize 30 amp or 50 amp power sources.

• Are there any dairy alternatives or sugar alternative options available?

  • Both oat milk and almond milk will be available as milk alternatives. Other milk alternatives may be added to the menu upon request. Our sugar alternative is stevia. Sugar Free vanilla is available upon request.

• What payment options are available?

  • We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, and checks. Additionally, we can email an invoice that can be settled online. For open bar events, no payment is required until you are completely satisfied with our service.
